Frequently asked questions
- How do I order?
- Add items to your request, pick your dates and submit. We reply within 24 to 48 hours with a tailored quote.
- When should I place my order?
- As soon as your date and needs are defined. Equipment is subject to availability, so booking early is recommended.
- Where do you deliver?
- Across Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and northern France. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and volume.
- Can I pick up the equipment myself?
- Yes, self-pickup at our warehouse is available by appointment during opening hours.
- What does delivery include?
- Drop-off on the ground floor, on a flat and clean surface. Setup and assembly are not included unless stated.
- Do you offer installation and dismantling?
- Yes, on request and with a separate quote (tents, sound, lighting, heavy furniture), unless specified on the product page.
- When do I pay?
- A deposit is due when the quote is accepted. The balance is payable before delivery or pickup. A security deposit may be required depending on the equipment.
- In what condition should I return the equipment?
- Equipment must be returned clean and packed as received. Dishware may be returned rinsed but unwashed. Linens may be returned dirty, sorted by size and colour.
- What happens if something breaks or is lost?
- The security deposit covers minor damage. Significant breakage or loss is invoiced at replacement cost.
- Can I cancel my order?
- More than 7 days before the date: free cancellation. Between 3 and 7 days: 50% of the invoiced amount. Less than 3 days: 100% (excluding transport fees).
